Every screen, on cue.

Design layouts, approve every zone, schedule it, and deliver to Android, Windows and Linux screens, even over slow links.

Templates

A screen is a layout. A layout is zones.

Every zone has a place, a type and an owner. Marketing approves the promotions, Treasury approves the rates, and each branch edits its own notices. Scroll, and watch one screen become three.

Live

One stream, every screen.

A town hall, in every branch.

Start a broadcast from the portal and every chosen screen switches to it in seconds, with a chime, then goes back to its playlist when it ends.

From Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube Live or any HLS stream.

Door screens follow the calendar.

Book a room and the screen at its door changes. Synced with Microsoft 365 room calendars, within a minute.

Platform

Everything a screen network needs, in one portal.

From the first layout to the report that proves it played: the work of running hundreds of screens, done in one place, by the people who own each part.

  • Draw a layout. Snap the zones.

Place video, tables, tickers, clocks and web pages on a canvas with guides, layers and undo, or start from a ready layout.

  • Zones have owners.

Treasury approves the rates, Marketing the promotions. Nothing reaches a screen until its owner says yes.

  • Dayparting on a calendar.

Breakfast at six, lunch at eleven: playlists change on their own, every week, with overrides for the days that differ.

  • Deliveries that fit the line.

Only what changed is sent, in the window you choose, at a speed the branch link can take. The screens switch over together.

  • Every screen, from your desk.

See what a screen shows right now, restart it from the portal, and get one alert when a screen goes quiet.

  • Live data, from your feed.

Connect a REST API, a webhook, a spreadsheet or an RSS feed, and the zone updates within a minute.

  • Sinhala and Tamil, set properly.

Fonts for Sinhala and Tamil come with the designer, so every notice reads correctly in all three languages.

  • Proof that it played.

Each screen reports what it actually showed. Reports filter by site and period, export to CSV or Excel, and can arrive on a schedule.

Devices

A small box behind every screen.

The TS Android Box goes behind the screen on its HDMI port and connects over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or a SIM card. It starts with the screen and plays all day from its own storage, online or off. The portal sets it up and keeps it up to date.

On the Android Box’s front: an IR receiver, network and power lights, a SIM card slot, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0; vents on its side.

Compact, or Pro.

Windows, Linux and Android, as equals: the same portal, the same layouts and the same schedule on every screen.

    • Starts with the box and plays full screen
    • Plays from its own storage, online or off
    • Screenshots and restarts from the portal

Or a commercial display with Android built in.

One portal. Every player speaks the same protocol.

Displays

From a 10-inch panel to a wall of screens.

The same layouts, schedule and approvals run on a meeting-room panel, a floor-standing kiosk and a video wall.

LED video wall

One picture across six panels, for a lobby, a showroom or a stage.

  • A single layout spread across a 3 × 2 wall
  • Driven by the TS Android Box Pro, up to 8K at 60 fps
  • The same schedule and approvals as every other screen

Standing kiosk

A floor-standing screen that greets visitors in portrait.

  • Portrait layouts: the time and weather, a picture of the place, links
  • Each site edits its own zones, head office keeps the rest
  • Updates arrive over slow links like any other screen

Meeting-room panel

A 10-inch panel at the door that always knows if the room is free.

  • Free or busy, and for how long, at a glance
  • Synced with Microsoft 365 room calendars, within a minute
  • Managed from the portal with the rest of your screens

Industries

One platform. Every kind of place.

A bank's rates, a restaurant's menu, a hospital's clinic hours, a campus's emergency notice: each is a layout, a schedule and the people who approve it.

Drag the row, or use the Previous and Next buttons; on them, the arrow keys, Home and End move it too.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

What teams ask before their first screen goes live.

  • It keeps playing. Every player stores its layouts, playlists and media on its own disk or storage, and follows its schedule offline, including items set to stop on a date. The portal shows the screen as offline, any delivery for it waits, and when the link comes back it fetches only what changed.

  • Yes, that is what deliveries are built for. Only files a screen does not already have are sent, in the download window you choose, with a speed limit per download and smaller video for low-bandwidth sites. Before sending, the portal estimates the size and how long it will take, and the screens can switch to the new content together at a set time.

  • Each zone of a layout belongs to a category, and each category has its owners: Treasury approves the rates, Marketing the promotions. A change waits until its owners approve it, in one step or several, and nothing waiting reaches a screen. Emergency messages skip approval, but each one needs a reason and is recorded.

  • Any of the TS players: the TS Android Box for a TV, a monitor or a single panel, the TS Android Box Pro for video walls, or the TS Mini PC for Windows or Linux. Your own Windows or Linux PC works too, as do commercial displays with Android built in. Every player is managed from the same portal.

  • Yes. Sinhala and Tamil fonts come with the layout designer, so notices, tickers and text zones read correctly in all three languages, side by side if you like.

  • Yes. Start a broadcast from the portal, from Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, YouTube Live or an HLS stream, and the chosen screens switch to it within seconds, with a chime if you want one. When it ends, each screen goes back to its own playlist.

  • Either. TS can host it for you, or it can run in your own data centre on MySQL or Oracle. It is the same software and the same portal both ways.

  • Your organisation is imported from the current system, with a trial run first. Players keep their ids and their media, so they neither register again nor download everything again, and the schedules they receive are checked against today's before anything changes. After a pilot, each server is switched over, and it can be switched back if needed.
